While working, my trans went out on my way to Darien from Bolingbrook. Had my car towed here. It was the best on-the-spot decision I could have made. Tony's customer service skills are second to none. He's very knowledgeable and consistently kept me updated on the status of the repair. I wish I lived closer because he would definitely be my go-to for car maintenance.

These guys are terrific. Took my 16 year old vehicle to them. Gave me an estimate which I considered to be very reasonable. Tony was my technician and he was great. Kept me updated when they had an issue getting a part. Best part, no additional charges added on to the estimate they gave me. Absolutely recommend them to anyone needing transmission work.

These guys are great. Amazing communication and I had my transmission rebuilt with lines replaced done within a week and probably would’ve been sooner had they didn’t have to wait for parts. No bs no trying to sell you stuff you don’t need and let me know the process as they worked. Highly recommend these guys.

This shop is great my was traveling home to Indiana last week and had a coolant leak she stopped there and reaired a bad radiator hose they saved me a tow and a possible severe engine damage the repair was done quickly and she was back on the road in no time

After work I found out my truck wouldn't start. I can change my wipers and oil so I gave it look over. I noticed the lights worked so the battery didn't seem to be dead. It was cold out so I waited and kept trying to start it just in case it would start after it getting warm. By doing this I did drain the battery! A co-worker tried to jumpstart my truck with no results. I called Mutlistate and spoke with Sammy. He asked me the symptoms and suggested that it was probably the starter. So my truck wasn't moving. It was getting late and I was trying to figure out what to do. I called Sammy back and it was getting close to his shop closing. I told him I had AAA and he said I could have my truck towed to his shop. He stayed after hours to make room so my truck could easily and safely be dropped off. AAA was running late so I thanked him and said that if I could leave the keys in a mailbox because there wasn't anything he could do waiting for me. He gave me directions to tag the keys with my info and He'd confirm in the morning of finding my keys and right away said they checked out my truck and it was the starter. Wow, I was first in line! They fixed my truck right away and I didn't have to miss any work. Sammy was very nice by staying late and helping with the stranded stress. The mechanics did a great job with the starter and even cleaned and protected my battery connections. Awesome shop! Thank you!

My 2004 Pontiac lost its transmission. Sam was very responsive to my needs and they rebuilt the trans plus found and repaired other issues that were found during the process. I would recommend them for your repairs.

They fixed my truck when others wouldnt!

After a recommendation from Lang's in Downers Grove for transmission, I spoke to Tony and he had it towed from Lang's to his location on Ogden. He did a great job and communicated with me regularly. Replaced the transmission so it was an involved job. Car worked great, but after a few weeks, something wasn't right. And my gut was right as a trip to work resulted in a tow back to Multistate. Tony said he wanted to run tests and look at what could be causing the sudden lack of shifting. He was apologetic and wanted to make things right. Appreciated his honesty and his desire to make this whole. After a few more days, he handed it off with apologies. Roost cause...bad electronic part from GM. At the end of the day, he was very customer focused, prided himself on his work and made sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use and recommend him and Multistate.
